    costs & packages

    Our rates vary according to the extent and complexity of the task or project required by our clients. You can choose from hourly, daily, weekly or simply per month, you may wish to set a retainer package to enable you to keep track on what you need to pay each month. The choice is yours!
    You may only require a few hours administrative support a week or even just an extra pair of hands during busy periods to avoid those hefty temporary agency rates. It may be that you are not computer literate or you are unable to type, we thrive on helping produce letters, reports, invoices and quotations while you continue doing what you do best, like running your own business.
    Our team also offer Event Management, both face to face and virtual. Our 'Virtual Hosting Package' is designed to take all the stress out of your virtual event planning. Packages include initial set-up, event rehearsals with all parties and the IT and logistics on the day of the event is all taken care of. Following your event we will provide you with a full list of attendees for your files and the edited recording of your event, should this be required.
    With over 10 years experience in transcribing media programmes including, medical and legal dictation, insolvency interviews and general minutes of meetings, our team are proud to offer our transcription service. Send your recording to us, we will transcribe and deliver the completed transcript within your required timescale. Prices vary depending on the amount of speakers, time-stamping and screen caption requirements. Our team are fully trained to ensure we offer 99.5%, all transcripts are completed manually by and second proofed to ensure transcriptions are complete and accurate. 'Inaudible' in brackets is just not our style!
