Although running events virtually seems difficult for some, our team have the knowledge and experience from running our business virtually for many years now. We have hosted many virtual events throughout the pandemic from as few as 5 attendees through to as many as 235.

Let us work with you to create, design, promote and monitor your virtual and physical events from start to finish. Tracking delegate bookings, payments made and invoicing those that require. Liaising with delegates to ensure they have all the details and correspondence required prior to the event taking place.

In order to ensure your presenters and guest speakers are familiar with the platform and aware of the rules of play for the day, we would host a rehearsal to run through the agenda for all.

On the day of the event all you will need to do is arrive, we will take care of the rest. We will admit and record the registered attendees, provide housekeeping tips and points to ensure the audience are comfortable with the platform and are fully aware of how the event will play out and simply ensure the event runs smoothly from the minute the doors open until we wrap up.

At your F2F events you may be offering exhibitor packages, we can assist your clients with the collating of all their promotional materials, including slides, stands etc. and ensure they are all placed in the correct area on the day. Absolutely Admin can also supply a team of promotional assistants to meet and greet all your clients, so you are free to mingle.

Following the event it is interesting to hear feedback from your attendees. Our team can arrange for a survey to be distributed and the results can be uploaded on your site as reference.
